"It's hard to say where I have placed the best £100 from a business perspective. But probably it would be in the first few months the travel and coffee spend I incurred from moving around london and talking to people with knowledge to share, who inspired me and had experience working in the food industry. Some of those early meeting and nurtured relationships have been the most treasured help."
